We will provide professional and quality services in the planning, design and implementation of flood management programs, river basins, coastal zones, eco-friendly drainage as well as water and hydrological resources. Our services are based on the best engineering practices, taking into account environmental, economic and social sustainability.

In performing the following tasks and functions, we pledge to: -

1. Respond to any public complaint within two (2) business days and respond to resolution within fifteen (15) business days.
2. Ensure payment of bills and invoices is made not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the complete document (unless otherwise stated in the contractual agreement).
3. To provide flood level information within fourteen (14) days from the date of the tree.
4. Provide technical advice / reviews / feedback within no more than four (4) weeks.
